How long will it take for my item to arrive?

Our items are made to order and hand-manufactured in our on-site workshop. This meticulous process requires a production timeframe that can take up to 14-20 business days (unless stated it is ready for shipment on item page), excluding shipping duration - which is dependant on your location and our third-party courier, DHL (regional or remote areas take longer). Should you require an item urgently, please reach out to us prior to placing your order, and we'll make every effort to provide assistance within our capabilities.

How is my item shipped?

We offer shipping through a third party, being DHL. Nationwide deliveries are charged a flat fee of R300 incl. If you are within 10km of our shop, we offer an in-house delivery for R150 incl. We have opted that all items are insured by DHL, included in the cost of shipping. Liability coverage will be
for the consignees account. We package items very securely to ensure they arrive safely at your doorstep. Please note that once the parcel has left our premises we won't be held liable for any loss or damages due to the third party company. This is why we opt to ensure each package, so the liability falls on the third-party courier.

Do you do international shipping?

Yes, we do provide international shipping through a third party courier, DHL. All shipping costs will be calculated dependant on your location. Please consider that there may be a customs charge for the item, depending on the legislation in your country, which you be be financially responsible for. We recommend you contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming from outside your country.

Can I collect my item instead?

Yes, you are welcome to come collect your item instead of shipping it. We have one physical store at the Cape Quarter Lifestyle Centre in Green Point, Cape Town. In this case, we will notify you when your item is ready for collection.

Can I return or exchange my item?

Kindly note that you are entitled to return or exchange the item purchased within 14 days from the date of invoice. we do not offer a cash refund. you may exchange the item for another item of the same value. Alternatively, we will issue you with a store credit. If the item is damaged or altered in any way, it will not be accepted. Return policy is not applicable to commissioned items. Exchange courier fees will be for your own account. If you are based in Cape Town, you are welcome to exchange your item at our store in the Cape Quarter Lifestyle Centre, Green Point.

Do do you repairs?

Yes, we do offer repair service. We will gladly repair items that have broken due to a manufacturing fault (judged within reason of our expertise) within a period of 3 months post purchase, free of charge. However, we cannot take responsibility for jewellery that has been damaged due to neglect, and beyond the period of 3 months. In this case, you can contact us and we will quote you accordingly.

How do I determine my ring size?

We strongly advise that you get your finger measured by a professional in your area. If you are
based in Cape Town, you can visit our store at the Cape Quarter in Green Point, and we will do this for you, free of charge. If unable to do so, we have created a guide for you to determine your ring size at home, that you can find here

What if my ring doesn’t fit as I thought it would?

Please not that we are not responsible for incorrect sizing. We strongly advise getting your finger sized by a professional, and our sizing guide must be used at your own discretion knowing the risk that it may not give a perfect fit. With that being said, if you have ordered a ring from our online store and find you need a slightly different size please contact and we will advise whether it is possible to do a resizing of the item, and quote you accordingly. You will be responsible for all shipping costs.

Do you do custom made pieces?

Yes, we do offer bespoke pieces. We prefer to offer this service face-to-face at our shop in the Cape Quarter Lifestyle Centre in Green Point, Cape Town, so that we can work closely with the client to ensure your needs are met. However, if you wish to have a custom piece made, please kindly send us an email with what you are looking for and your budget.
